2. Please clearly print all information requested on the Registration Form.
3. Make a copy of your Registration form for your records.
4. Prepare a check, payable to Reflections on the River, for either $110 (full payment for the retreat) or $60 (deposit only). Remaining balance due by day of Retreat.Deposits must be received by March 1st, 2011 all registrations received after March 1st and up to day of retreat must be paid in full $110.
